Waiver

Please download and review our waiver before your first session. A signed waiver is a requirement for the sites we fly and is mandatory by USHPA (United States Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association).

What the Waiver Covers

• Acknowledgment of the inherent risks of paragliding
• Release of liability for Air Damien and associated personnel
• Confirmation that you meet minimum requirements for the activity
• Emergency contact and medical information
